Safe Use Policy
Correct donning and adjustment

Make sure the harness fits your body properly and is fitted correctly.
All adjustment straps should be fastened and adjusted so that the harness cannot move during use.
Destiny

Use the harness only for its intended purpose. Do not use the harness in activities for which it is not designed.
Avoid modifying the harness – any changes may affect its strength and safety.
Regular inspection before use

Check the technical condition of the harness before each use, paying particular attention to:
Adjustment straps: make sure they are not worn or damaged.
Seams: Check for signs of unravelling or weakening of the thread.
Hooks and metal components: make sure they are free from cracks, deformation and corrosion.
Connectors and buckles: check their operation and make sure they hold the straps steady.
Cleaning and maintenance

Rinse the harness in clean water after each use to remove salt, sand, and other debris that may impair the material or mechanisms.
Store the harness in a dry and ventilated place, away from UV sources and chemicals.
Emergencies

Test the quick-release mechanisms, if present, to ensure they work smoothly.
Use a harness equipped with a quick-release function in activities where there is a risk of snagging on ropes or equipment.
