Terms and Conditions of the “Discount Coupons” Promotional Campaign

The organizer of the “Discount Coupons” promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion,” is Boat Base Sp. z o.o.

The Promotion is addressed to the Organizer’s customers, hereinafter referred to as the “Participants.”

A “Discount Coupon,” as defined in these Terms and Conditions, means a transferable code issued to the bearer, entitling the Participant to a one-time discount when making a purchase in the Organizer’s online store. Each Participant may use only one coupon.

Discount Coupons are granted to Participants by the Organizer as part of certain promotional campaigns or as a form of compensation.

The Discount Coupon may be used by the Participant only for the purchase of products sold by the Organizer via the website www.sailovnia.pl.

The Discount Coupon entitles the Participant to receive a one-time discount when purchasing specific products from the Organizer. The list of such products is provided to the Participant along with the coupon or specified in the terms of the promotional campaign under which the coupon was issued.

The discount referred to in point 6, depending on the type of Discount Coupon, may be:

• a fixed amount — corresponding to the value stated on the coupon, or

• a percentage — calculated from the gross price of the product in the amount specified on the coupon.

The validity period of the Discount Coupon is limited and is communicated to the Participant along with the coupon or specified in the terms of the promotional campaign under which the coupon was issued.

To redeem a Discount Coupon, the Participant must enter the electronic code in the “discount code” field when placing an order in the Organizer’s online store.

Discount Coupons may be used only when purchases are made by the Participant through a web browser. Redemption of coupons when using a mobile application may be limited.

The Participant may use a Discount Coupon only once, for a single order, within the coupon’s validity period.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Promotion. The excluded assortment will be specified in the information provided with the promotional code.

The Discount Coupon may be used only by the Participant and may not be transferred to third parties.

Discount Coupons cannot be combined.

The discount granted under a Discount Coupon is not exchangeable for any material equivalent or cash.

The discount granted under a Discount Coupon cannot be combined with other promotions or sales conducted by the Organizer unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotional campaign under which the coupons are issued.

Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants via email to hello@sailovnia.pl or in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address. The Organizer will review complaints without undue delay.

For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the www.sailovnia.pl Online Store Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws of Poland shall apply.
